General rental conditions

Our rates, expressed in euros €, are per week (Saturday to Saturday) and include:
Rental
Water fees
Electricity fees
Tourist tax

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. 100€ will be asked if it is not done.
Pets are not allowed.
Possibility of renting sheets (€20 per pair) and towels (€8 per pair).
Loan of baby bed and deckchair if necessary.

Bookings are only final after receipt of a 25% deposit and written confirmation from us. The balance will be due on arrival.

A deposit of €500 will be requested when handing over the keys. It will be returned to you following verification after your departure.

Holiday vouchers are not accepted.
